When will my order be shipped?

 Due to the current situation about Covid-19, we are sending all packages once a week by express shipping with insurance. 

How will my order be shipped? 

 Depending on your country, we usually work with DHL for international orders, taking about one week to arrive,

 UPS for European orders, arriving in about 2-3 days and Nacex 24h for Spanish orders. 

Where can I track my order? 

 We will send you all information about the shipping company and the tracking number by e-mail when your package is shipped. 

 Please allow for 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Can my order have possible customs charges? 

 Depending on the destination and customs regulations, there may be cases where customs charges may apply.

 If there’s any customs charges, they will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

 Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and they should be paid by the recipient of the package.
